Design Inspiration · Tòu Jīn Yǔ (頭巾嶼), Penghu

This design is inspired by Tòu Jīn Yǔ, a secluded marine conservation islet in Penghu. On this uninhabited island, nature reveals its treasures—ranging from the micro-ecosystems formed within each natural pothole, to the vast symbiotic system of the surrounding ocean.

Through the lens of photographers and the artistry of designers, these breathtaking landscapes are reinterpreted and transformed into visual narratives. The design serves as both a celebration of marine beauty and a reminder of the precious need to protect fragile ecosystems—urging us to reduce human impact and cherish the natural world.

Care & Maintenance

• Odor: When new, place the mat in a well-ventilated area for 3–5 days to reduce its natural scent.

• Cleaning & Drying: Machine washable on a gentle cycle. Always use a laundry bag to minimize friction and wear.
  ⚠️ Do not tumble dry! Air-dry indoors in a well-ventilated space. Avoid direct sunlight or mechanical dryers.

• Storage: When rolling the mat, always keep the microfiber surface facing outward. Do not fold or roll it in reverse, as this may cause creases and shorten its lifespan.
