Care & Maintenance

• Avoid Oils & Excess Moisture:
  The PU surface features fine pores that allow quick-drying, but it is prone to staining from oils (including natural body oils in sweat). To reduce contamination, avoid oily substances. Do not apply lotion before practice and keep hands and feet clean. Since the surface is biodegradable eco-friendly PU leather, avoid washing with excessive water. Wipe gently with a clean damp cloth only.

• Odor:
  Wipe with a damp cloth and leave in a ventilated area for 3–5 days to reduce any new product scent.

• Scratches:
  PU material is soft and delicate. Avoid sharp or hard objects, as well as long-term heavy pressure, which may cause scratches or damage and shorten product lifespan.

• Temperature & Storage:
  Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat (heated floors, stoves), and prolonged strong light exposure. Extreme conditions may accelerate aging, brittleness, or deformation of the rubber and resin.

• Cleaning & Drying:
  Do not use tea tree oil or oil-based cleaning products. Use a damp cloth or sponge (with excess water wrung out) to wipe the surface, then air-dry in a ventilated area. Do not soak in water, as liquid may remain inside the wheel.

• For hygiene reasons and to protect both customers and brand integrity, once the protective film on yoga products is removed, the product will be considered used and returns/exchanges will not be accepted.
