Return & Exchange Policy

• For defective products, shipping damages, or non-human-caused defects, please contact customer service within 7 days (including holidays) from the day after receiving the product: info@yogasana.com.tw.
  Provide proof of purchase (order number, buyer’s name, phone number) to arrange a free replacement.

• Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted if:

  • Hangtags are removed

  • The garment shows signs of use

  • Residual odors (perfume, deodorant, sunscreen, smoke, etc.) are present

Inspection Steps

• Verify the size is correct

• Inspect for product defects or incorrect items

Definition of Defects: Fabric tears, large stains, uneven stitching/thread detachment, adhesive tape detachment.
Not considered defects: Damage caused by improper wear.

Hygiene & Consumer Protection

This product is classified as intimate apparel. In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act (Article 19) and related administrative guidelines, certain intimate wear (such as leggings, tops with padding, underwear, and socks) are excluded from the 7-day right of withdrawal.

• Once packaging or hangtags are removed, the product will be considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• YOGASANA, however, offers one-time exchange of the same item (same style, color, and size) within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

• Exchanges are only valid if hangtags remain intact.

Important Notes

• The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period.

• Returns/exchanges must be requested by the original purchaser in accordance with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act.

• For orders of multiple items, please ensure satisfaction before using additional pieces.

• Extra shipping fees apply for offshore islands (Lienchiang, Kinmen, Orchid Island, Green Island, Ryukyu).

Non-Returnable Situations

• Missing or removed hangtags

• Washed garments

• Visible signs of wear or use

• Residual scents (perfume, deodorant, sunscreen, smoke, etc.)

• Sweat stains or odor

• Returns not requested by the original purchaser, or incomplete contact details

Return Instructions

1. If a return causes the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold (including full returns), the original shipping fee will be deducted (NT$60 for convenience store pickup, NT$80 for home delivery).

2. If defects, damage, or missing parts are found, please email info@yogasana.com.tw with your order number, photos, or videos within 7 days (including holidays).

3. Discount vouchers used in the original order will not be reinstated or converted to cash after returns.

4. Returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and gifts.

5. Returns may be rejected or incur a refurbishment fee if:

   • Packaging is damaged, seals/hangtags removed, or labels detached

   • Items are returned without original packaging

   • Products are stained, damaged, altered, or incomplete due to customer misuse

   • Promotional gifts are not returned together
